We use state of the art designing software’s like solid edge and DESpro Exotica for the design of heat exchangers, as per TEMA class.

Non-contact Heating
1. Thermic Fluid Heating System
In the case of Non-Contact heating of products, we provide the thermic fluid heating system in which a heated thermic fluid is passed through the limpet coil and there is an external heating of the product without making any direct contact with the product.

2. Steam Heating
When the product is to be heated at a temperature above 140 degree Celsius, then we use a boiler generated steam to pass through the limped coil that is fixed above the tank or the vessel which heats the vessel externally.

Heat Exchanger

A shell and tube heat exchanger consists of a number of tubes mounted inside a cylindrical shell. Two fluids can exchange heat, one flows over the outside of the tubes while the other through the tubes. The fluids can be single or two phase and can flow in a parallel or cross/counter flow arrangement.
There are two main categories of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger:
1.Those that are used in the petrochemical industry, which tend to be covered by standards from TEMA, Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association.
2. Those that are used in the power industry such as feed-water heaters and power plant condensers.

Essentially, there are three main combinations:

  • Fixed Tube Sheet Heat Exchanger
  • Floated Heat Exchanger
  • U-Tube Heat Exchanger
